I’m not going to lie to you. When I was younger, I wasn’t much of a reader. I’d rather sing, dance, and play kick-the-can or hide-and-go-seek. Growing up in an awesome neighborhood, all of us children spent most of our time outside. We even held the Teal Street Olympics. How cool is that?!

As an adult, I’ve learned how great reading can be and wish I would have taken the time to jump into some amazing stories at a younger age. It’s not too late, right?

For fun, I like sitting quietly and daydreaming. Naps are also awesome. I like to play games like Minecraft—thanks to my youngest. My favorite game is Ratchet and Clank. . .all of them! My eldest introduced me to that awesome series as well as Kingdom Hearts. And yes, I like to watch cartoons and the Disney channel. Believe it or not, it helps me stay in the mindset of young readers.

I live in the Midwest with my family (including our fur family members).

Most importantly, I am who I am because of the God of all creation.
